Design and execute repeatable marketing campaigns across the partner lifecycle including co-branded plays, ABM programs, and demand-gen initiatives
Build “campaigns-in-a-box” that can be localized and deployed by Partner Managers across regions and partner types
Manage campaign calendars, stakeholder alignment, and delivery process end-to-end
Develop and produce campaign assets such as landing pages, social kits, email templates, event toolkits, and promotional content
Localize and adapt assets for priority geographies and partner segments
Ensure all materials align with Deel’s partner brand standards and value propositions
Collaborate with Partner Managers to design campaigns that drive top-of-funnel activity, influence pipeline, and accelerate active opportunities
Work with Marketing Ops to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize based on results
Use data to identify and prioritize campaign opportunities aligned to strategic GTM plays and partner segmentation
Partner with Content, Regional Marketing, Events, Product Marketing and enablement teams to integrate campaigns into GTM initiatives and field activities
Define and track campaign KPIs including activation rate, partner engagement, influenced pipeline, MDF utilization, and content performance
Build feedback loops with Partner Managers and partners to improve campaign effectiveness and iterate on playbooks
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing in SaaS, demand generation, or channel marketing
Comfortable building and executing integrated partner campaigns globally from scratch
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships across partnerships, sales, marketing, and product teams
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
Experience with EMEA & APAC regions is an advantage
Proficiency in an additional language is a plus
Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application requirement)
