About the role

  • Design and execute repeatable marketing campaigns across the partner lifecycle including co-branded plays, ABM programs, and demand-gen initiatives
  • Build “campaigns-in-a-box” that can be localized and deployed by Partner Managers across regions and partner types
  • Manage campaign calendars, stakeholder alignment, and delivery process end-to-end
  • Develop and produce campaign assets such as landing pages, social kits, email templates, event toolkits, and promotional content
  • Localize and adapt assets for priority geographies and partner segments
  • Ensure all materials align with Deel’s partner brand standards and value propositions
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers to design campaigns that drive top-of-funnel activity, influence pipeline, and accelerate active opportunities
  • Work with Marketing Ops to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize based on results
  • Use data to identify and prioritize campaign opportunities aligned to strategic GTM plays and partner segmentation
  • Partner with Content, Regional Marketing, Events, Product Marketing and enablement teams to integrate campaigns into GTM initiatives and field activities
  • Define and track campaign KPIs including activation rate, partner engagement, influenced pipeline, MDF utilization, and content performance
  • Build feedback loops with Partner Managers and partners to improve campaign effectiveness and iterate on playbooks

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing in SaaS, demand generation, or channel marketing
  • Comfortable building and executing integrated partner campaigns globally from scratch
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships across partnerships, sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
  • Experience with EMEA & APAC regions is an advantage
  • Proficiency in an additional language is a plus
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application requirement)
