About the role
- Work with Marketing Analysts, Analytics engineers, and Digital Analytics Managers
- Partner with marketing team on cross-functional projects to find opportunities to increase efficiency and scale the business
- Design and build dashboards and self-service tooling in Looker for a large growth organization
- Collaborate with analytics engineering team to build a clean, highly scalable marketing data modeling infrastructure in Snowflake (using dbt)
- Work closely with Marketing Leadership on complex questions to drive optimal growth strategies
- Suggest and perform analysis of landing pages, A/B tests, audiences, segments, ads, and creatives
- Drive target audience segmentation, attribution modeling, lead generation analytics, and channel optimizations
- Own and optimize data connections within the marketing stack to deliver the right data to stakeholders
- Design and implement the best attribution model strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in data analytics team
- At least 2 years experience in marketing/growth analytics
- Hands-on experience in Looker (1+ years hands-on recommended)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with analytics engineering and marketing data modeling (Snowflake, dbt)
- Experience designing and building dashboards and self-service tooling
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page and creative analysis
- Experience with attribution modeling, audience segmentation, and lead generation analytics
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders of varying seniority
- English fluent (application requires confirmation)
