About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for a high volume of small-spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or Enterprise segments.
- Identify and escalate risks that could lead to customer churn.
- Build strong relationships with clients by identifying pain points, proposing solutions, and uncovering opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Provide a high-quality day-to-day experience for our customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and completion of customer requests.
- Drive adoption of platform features that improve the customer experience and support retention.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing roles.
- Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- A relationship builder who remains calm and composed during crises or criticism and celebrates partners’ successes.
- Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy: you may not need to be a SQL expert, but you should enjoy drawing quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, asking critical questions, and turning raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations.
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts to setbacks or pivots, and accepts high levels of responsibility.
- Demonstrated track record of achievement — for example, success at a top-tier company, measurable business impact, rapid assumption of responsibility, or recognition through competitive awards.
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
- Naturally curious and motivated to make an impact.
- Fluent in French and English.
