Senior Product Marketing Manager – Payroll Product

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a key partner between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to support alignment and effective communication. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to enable product success.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Conduct market and customer research to understand user needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends. Translate insights into actionable positioning and messaging recommendations.
- Create clear and compelling messaging and positioning for target audiences. Ensure customer-facing materials (e.g., website content, sales collateral, presentations) accurately reflect the product’s value proposition.
- Support and lead components of product launches, partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, sales, customer success) to ensure strong execution and market impact.
- Develop sales enablement tools, training materials, and content to help sales teams effectively communicate product value. Deliver training sessions and ongoing enablement support.
- Partner with the Customer Marketing team to leverage customer insights and feedback to improve product marketing strategies and strengthen customer advocacy.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics for product marketing initiatives. Provide regular updates and recommendations to optimize results.
- Contribute to Deel’s presence at industry events, webinars, and marketing programs. Support thought leadership initiatives, including blogs, case studies, and presentations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of market research, customer insights, and data analysis.
- Experience working closely with product management and supporting the product lifecycle.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and contribute to team development.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
