Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct research and analysis of the immigration requirements and processes
Liaise with local providers to complete immigration assessments
Complete right to work checks accurately and in accordance with government compliance requirements and internal quality standards
Assist with preparation of country overviews and process flows
Track case progress, proactively identify blockers, and take action to prevent missed deadlines or service failures
Maintain high-quality case documentation to support audit readiness, compliance, and first-time-right outcomes
Act as an intermediary between immigration clients,in-country specialists, and external immigration vendors to ensure clear communication and timely case progression

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of direct client service experience
Ability to interpret, translate, and communicate complex immigration concepts, processes, and policies to various stakeholders
Ability to recognize the most important priority and find solutions under pressure
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (fluency in another LATAM or EMEA language is a plus)
