About the role

  • Manage demand generation and sponsorship efforts with publishers outside paid social and search channels. This includes, but is not limited to, newsletters, advertorials, podcasts, out-of-home (OOH) display, connected TV (CTV), and more.
  • Continuously scout for new ad placements, publishers, and categories to introduce Deel, test opportunities, and iterate.
  • Manage campaign budgets, analyze past programs, and produce reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track reporting for all media buys and proactively communicate with regional teams and other cross-functional leaders to ensure visibility across programs.
  • Establish repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for campaign management, growth, and reporting. Serve as the subject-matter expert on operational excellence and sponsorship opportunities at Deel.
  • Collaborate with local marketing leads and communications managers to identify key trends and relevant local sites for partnerships, complementing global partners.
  • Keep the paid advertising team, the broader growth team, and other regional managers informed of the latest trends and performance reports to surface new ideas that drive growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar sponsorship management role with publishers (B2B/SaaS experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge and command of different buying models (reach, CPM, CPL, CPC, etc.), performance objectives (CPSQO, ROAS, etc.), and publisher demand-generation operations.
  • Demonstrated agility, flexibility, and autonomy in managing projects end-to-end, from concept to execution, with multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative and analytical mindset capable of testing, implementing, and measuring outcomes while regularly proposing new ideas.
  • Data-driven approach; comfortable building dashboards and using modern analytics tools to monitor performance. Experience using AI tools (such as Claude, Lovable, Gemini) to automate and accelerate manual tasks and analysis.
  • Strong aptitude for networking and collaborating with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication flows.
  • Self-motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to changing organizational structures.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
