About the role
- Conduct research and analysis of the immigration requirements and processes
- Liaise with local providers to complete immigration assessments
- Complete right to work checks accurately and in accordance with government compliance requirements and internal quality standards
- Assist with preparation of country overviews and process flows
- Track case progress, proactively identify blockers, and take action to prevent missed deadlines or service failures
- Maintain high-quality case documentation to support audit readiness, compliance, and first-time-right outcomes
- Act as an intermediary between immigration clients, in-country specialists, and external immigration vendors to ensure clear communication and timely case progression
Requirements
- 1+ years of direct client service experience
- Ability to interpret, translate, and communicate complex immigration concepts, processes, and policies to various stakeholders
- Ability to recognize the most important priority and find solutions under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (fluency in another EMEA language is a plus)
