Recruit and lead candidate experience for Revenue teams across the region
Recruit exceptional talent and collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create and maintain candidate scorecards
Build a deep understanding of the Deel product and role requirements for new team members
Develop and refine interview processes to optimize for efficiency and candidate experience
Work with management and leadership to develop internal and external sourcing strategies
Ensure team culture aligns with Deel’s key principles and maintain an incredible culture throughout the company
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a talent acquisition focused role with experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-up or tech company, mainly focusing on Revenue hiring
Experience in an ambitious and scrappy recruitment function with a track record of hiring top talent quickly
Comfortable handling complex candidate questions related to compensation, equity, immigration and related issues
Natural communicator able to present, speak and demonstrate confidently
Experience using data to make recruitment processes more efficient
Experience as internal & external recruiter (nice to have)
Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
Must provide country of legal work residence and work authorization details
