About the role
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, social media)
- Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges
- Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM system
- Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities
- Perform market research to identify new potential customers and leads
- Break into new accounts and foster relationships at multiple levels across target segments
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Reside within Latin America (LATAM)
- 2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
- Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
- Experience writing email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong growth mindset
- Experience with HR or Fintech companies preferred
- Experience at fast-growing startups preferred
- Prior experience working successfully in a remote & distributed team preferred
