About the role
- Source, pitch, negotiate, and close net-new partners via outbound, events, and referrals
- Own the partnership deal cycle through launch and activation, managing and growing a high-volume portfolio of long-tail partners
- Lead onboarding, enablement, and activation using scalable programs and 1:1 engagement
- Drive referral volume, re-engage dormant partners, and identify expansion opportunities
- Track partner performance and pipeline in Salesforce, PartnerStack, HubSpot, and related tools
- Monitor KPIs including activation, referrals, partner-sourced pipeline, and tier progression
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to optimize partner programs and GTM execution
- Serve as a trusted ambassador for Deel within the NAM partner ecosystem
Requirements
- 3–5 years in partnerships, sales, BD, or channel roles (quota-carrying, SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to close new partnerships and grow partner portfolios
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing high-volume books with varied partner maturity
- Highly organized, data-driven, and execution-focused
- Experience with Salesforce, PartnerStack, HubSpot, Outreach, and Docusign
