About the role
- Support customers and internal teams across the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, from proposal, through deal execution, and contracting
- Serve as a primary point of contact during pre-sales, providing guidance, and hands-on operational support
- Review customer, deal, and commercial documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Execute and support deals across the Quote-to-Cash process, including quoting, amendments, approvals, and renewals
- Act as a trusted partner to Sales and Customer Success, answering questions on deal structure, process, and platform usage
- Resolve customer and deal-related issues efficiently, escalating to the appropriate teams when needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Revenue Accounting, Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Manage workload effectively, prioritizing requests and consistently meeting SLAs
- Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, or friction points and propose process improvements or automation opportunities
Requirements
- Fluent English
- 0–2 years of experience within Go-To-Market and or Customer Operations, Onboarding, or Support
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, confident communicator with internal stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a global, remote setting
- Willingness to support flexible hours when required for global coverage
