About the role
- Lead the configuration of sales commission software (CaptivateIQ)
- Calculate, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of monthly commissions for plan participants
- Timely and accurate resolution of commission and quota inquiries
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline commission workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a revenue operations, with ownership of sales compensation processes (preferably in SaaS/Technology)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through with tasks reliably and independently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to correspond quickly and accurately with numerous stakeholders
