• Maintain accurate financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Assist with improving, developing, documenting, and implementing accounting and finance policies and procedures
• Manage and comply with government reporting requirements, statutory financial statements and tax filings
• Support internal reports and reconciliations
• Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects
• Work with external auditors
• Report to the Team Lead, Country Finance and contribute to ensuring company operates within legal guidelines across locations
