About the role

Elevate Deel’s brand presence across events, activations, SKOs, and field marketing
Own visual and experiential direction of event programs and create immersive, ownable brand experiences
Partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and external collaborators
Lead creative concepting, themes, and visions that align with strategic objectives
Provide art direction and guidance to internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners
Oversee development of creative assets for event environments (signage, spatial design, motion, interactive, swag)
Champion experiential innovation across IRL, virtual, and hybrid formats and explore AR/VR and AI-driven interactions
Manage creative process from brief to execution—keeping projects on time, on budget, and on vision
Present creative concepts to partners and senior stakeholders and trendspot to raise the bar on experiences

7–10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong focus on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house)
A standout portfolio that showcases concept-led event work, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business results
Proven ability to lead creative teams and external vendors, while rolling up your sleeves to contribute hands-on
Deep understanding of spatial design, storytelling through experience, and audience-first thinking
Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g. AR/VR, generative AI) and how they can enhance brand experiences
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with marketing, sales, and production teams
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
A courageous, boundary-pushing creative mindset—with the discipline to bring ideas to life with excellence
