About the role

  • Build and maintain automation services that connect internal tools, third-party platforms, and messy data pipelines
  • Power intelligent workflow orchestration for the Payroll team
  • Work on integrations and data transformations to support payroll and HR processes
  • Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Payroll Engineering teams to deliver reliable automation
  • Handle and normalize unreliable data from multiple sources to enable downstream processing

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with an integration/automation focus
  • Strong Node.js/JavaScript experience
  • API integration and data transformation skills
  • Experience working with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, e2b, n8n)
  • Comfortable handling messy, unreliable data from multiple sources
  • Experience with workflow orchestration for Payroll teams
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application asks for confirmation)
  • Authorization to work in your country of residence (application requires country and work authorization status)
  • Bonus: React experience for building internal UIs
  • Bonus: RPA tools background
  • Bonus: Workflow orchestration familiarity (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
