About the role

Build and maintain automation services that connect internal tools, third-party platforms, and messy data pipelines
Power intelligent workflow orchestration for the Payroll team
Develop integrations and API-based data transformations to support payroll processes
Work with automation frameworks and RPA tools to automate manual workflows
Handle unreliable and messy data sources and implement robust parsing/extraction

8+ years of experience in software engineering with an integration/automation focus
Strong Node.js/JavaScript experience
API integration and data transformation skills
Experience working with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, e2b, n8n)
Comfortable handling messy, unreliable data from multiple sources
Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application asks for English fluency)
Authorization to work in your country of residence (application requests country and work authorization details)
Bonus: React experience for building internal UIs
Bonus: RPA tools background
Bonus: Workflow orchestration familiarity (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
