About the role

Work as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with Backend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA to build exceptional products.
Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to deployment, contributing valuable insights at each stage.
Collaborate closely with team members to develop robust new features, APIs, and continuously improve Deel’s products, ensuring high quality and performance.
Actively troubleshoot, identify, and resolve bugs to maintain Deel’s fast-paced development standards (DeelSpeed).
Ensure a seamless, white-glove user experience for our customers across all front-end touchpoints.

7+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack developer in the below technologies
Excellent JavaScript knowledge in front end libraries, especially React.js, both with class and functional components and hooks.
Master in JavaScript syntax, and in front end essentials such as HTML, and CSS.
Proficiency with Node.js and at least one other server side language such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP or .Net.
Strong experience with state management packages such as Mobx and Redux
Deep understanding of designing, writing, running, maintaining and debugging applications across the whole stack in one or more of the technologies listed above
