Requirements
15+ years of experience across operations and/or human capital management.
Demonstrated success hands on scaling high-growth businesses and driving P&L performance at senior leadership level.
Track record of leading complex, global teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and prioritize effectively.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels of seniority.
Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment.
Familiarity with HRIS and Engage solutions and adjacent industries.
Strong domain expertise in HR tech, particularly in HRIS or Engage, is highly valued.
