Adhere to business processes and systems to meet the company’s quality requirements.
Ensure an accuracy rate of 97% or more across areas of accountability.
Communicates continually with the Head of Compliance, developers, and solution designers on areas of development or issues experienced during the development cycle.
Update the Product User Guide for allocated countries.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in designing and creating test conditions covering all potential scenarios of payroll processing software.
Maintain detailed documentation of test scenarios, results and outcomes along with test evidence where required.
Thorough understanding of Payroll and HR legislation that regulates Payroll and HR processes.
Identify ways to enhance compliance-related processes by identifying touch points across the business in efforts to improve efficiencies.
Thorough understanding of the process of analysing business requirements within the development environment.
Software product functional testing is considered an advantage but not required.
