Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own an ambitious, structuring product vision
Build and drive the overall product strategy
Identify and prioritize opportunities with high business impact
Lead, structure, and mature the product practice
Ensure coherence and quality of delivered products
Measure and drive product performance using key metrics
Ensure smooth, high-quality delivery aligned with the strategy
Collaborate closely with tech, design, and business teams
Implement and improve product practices (processes, tools, rituals)
Ensure the quality of specifications and delivered solutions
Track product performance and manage iterative improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering degree (Grande École or equivalent)
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Product Management, including significant experience with strategic product challenges or product structuring
Strong command of product methodologies (Agile, discovery, Design Thinking)
Ability to define and execute an end-to-end product strategy
Strong data culture and metrics-driven management
Strong business awareness and a value-creation mindset
Experience with complex SaaS products
UX/UI sensibility and close collaboration with design
Solid technical background (IT environments, APIs, etc.)
Professional working proficiency in English
