About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define a clear product vision aligned with the company’s strategy
- Identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities
- Design user-centered, innovative solutions
- Lead discovery and experimentation phases
- Work closely with engineering and business teams to ensure effective delivery
- Operate across the entire product lifecycle with a high level of autonomy and impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience on SaaS projects
- Strong command of product methodologies (Agile, discovery, Design Thinking)
- Ability to structure a product vision and translate it into a clear roadmap
- Strong appetite for data and decision-making based on insights
- Good understanding of business challenges and value-creation models
- UX/UI sensibility and experience with design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Technical knowledge appreciated (Python, Git, Linux, IT environments)
- Understanding of financial mathematics concepts
- Professional level of English
