About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain, further develop and document quality assurance processes for e-learning content
Conduct quality checks and release reviews
Ensure compliance with defined standards
Ensure and continuously improve Articulate Storyline templates
Design new templates in accordance with quality and design standards
Advise and support instructional designers and subject matter experts on quality-related issues
Analyze quality metrics, effort data and other relevant information
Identify opportunities for improvement and derive optimization measures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree or comparable qualification related to Quality Management, Learning & Development, Adult Education, Media Production or Process Management
Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline
Solid knowledge of quality management and quality assurance
Experience in defining, implementing and further developing standards and processes
Strong understanding of e-learning methodology, pedagogy and learning-objective–oriented content design
Analytical skills to evaluate KPIs and derive improvement measures
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of the healthcare sector, hospital information systems (e.g. ORBIS) or software training is a plus
Strong quality awareness with high standards for accuracy and consistency
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
