About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independent implementation of ORBIS MedCo products (RICO DRG and PEPP, MedCo Dashboards, etc.)
  • Implementation of MedCo IT solutions through installation, configuration, commissioning and handover to the customer
  • Leading kick-off meetings and chairing working groups
  • Analysis of internal processes
  • Preparation and follow-up of project-specific meetings, trainings and customer workshops
  • Taking on subproject leadership
  • Conducting as‑is analyses and developing target-state concepts
  • Preparation of conceptual documentation
  • Collaboration with project management, support and product management
  • Support for the expansion and maintenance of the RICO rule set

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Medical or nursing qualification OR a related qualification
  • Additional qualification in medical controlling
  • At least 3 years of practical professional experience in operational and strategic medical controlling in Germany
  • Solid knowledge of the German coding guidelines, ICD‑10 and OPS
  • Knowledge of billing rules and the DRG or PEPP system
  • Consulting experience and/or knowledge of ORBIS KIS desirable
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and customers
  • Team‑oriented, self‑responsible and flexible working style
  • Willingness to travel up to approx. 60% across D‑A‑CH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
