About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independent implementation of ORBIS MedCo products (RICO DRG and PEPP, MedCo Dashboards, etc.)
Implementation of MedCo IT solutions through installation, configuration, commissioning and handover to the customer
Leading kick-off meetings and chairing working groups
Analysis of internal processes
Preparation and follow-up of project-specific meetings, trainings and customer workshops
Taking on subproject leadership
Conducting as‑is analyses and developing target-state concepts
Preparation of conceptual documentation
Collaboration with project management, support and product management
Support for the expansion and maintenance of the RICO rule set

Requirements

What you’ll need

Medical or nursing qualification OR a related qualification
Additional qualification in medical controlling
At least 3 years of practical professional experience in operational and strategic medical controlling in Germany
Solid knowledge of the German coding guidelines, ICD‑10 and OPS
Knowledge of billing rules and the DRG or PEPP system
Consulting experience and/or knowledge of ORBIS KIS desirable
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and customers
Team‑oriented, self‑responsible and flexible working style
Willingness to travel up to approx. 60% across D‑A‑CH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Very good written and spoken German and English
