About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Market research: You will support research to identify market trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape
- Feature development / requirements gathering: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and document detailed product requirements
- Project coordination: Support project management activities such as tracking tasks and providing updates to the team
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for product features, specifications, and processes
- Analysis / metrics: Use analytics tools to monitor product performance and user metrics
- Communication: Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders and contribute to regular status updates, meetings, and presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently a student in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing Science / Nursing Management, Healthcare Management, or a comparable field
- Problem-solving: Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions
- Analytical skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations
- Communication skills: Written and verbal communication in English to collaborate effectively with different teams
- German language skills would be a plus
- Team player: Willingness to collaborate and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Strong interest in software products and technology trends, and a willingness to learn about software product management — passion for technology
