About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage and implement projects related to our product Opus::L in close coordination with customers and internal specialist departments
Identify project risks early and develop and implement appropriate countermeasures
Monitor project controlling, including preparing project reports for customers and department management
Support customers throughout the entire project phase from kickoff to go-live, including on-site visits
Assist with proposal preparation in close collaboration with the various teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in computer science, business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on healthcare or healthcare management; alternatively, vocational training in the healthcare sector with several years of professional experience
Several years of experience with medical laboratory processes—particularly microbiology—in a hospital setting, plus experience in healthcare IT project management; project management certification is desirable
Experience with Opus::L or other laboratory information systems is an advantage
Strong communication skills, a careful working style and a high standard of quality
Flexible, customer-oriented approach to daily work
Confident use of MS Office; experience with software tools such as Confluence and shell is an advantage
Fluent in German and good command of English
Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
