About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independent installation, configuration, commissioning and handover of our ORBIS infection management products at customer sites
Leading kick-off meetings and working groups, analyzing internal processes and adapting the IT system to the clinic's workflows
Preparing and following up project-specific meetings, trainings and customer workshops
Taking on subproject leadership responsibilities
Conducting as‑is analyses and defining target-state concepts
Creating conceptual documentation
Collaborating with project management, support and product development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of hospital infection management processes
Ideally professional experience in clinical hygiene and infection management, e.g., as a hygiene specialist
Experience in project management
Willingness to travel frequently
Affinity for working with modern IT and organizational tools
Confident, outgoing manner in customer-facing situations
Excellent presentation skills
Enjoyment of project work and strong team spirit
Languages: Fluent in German and English
