About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supportare la gestione, il mantenimento e il miglioramento continuo del Sistema di Gestione Integrato (IMS) in conformità agli standard aziendali e normativi applicabili
- Collaborare alla mappatura, documentazione e aggiornamento dei processi aziendali insieme ai Process Owner e Process Manager
- Gestire la documentazione del sistema, le registrazioni e i dati relativi a KPI, non conformità, azioni correttive e piani di miglioramento
- Registrare le attività dell’IMS (audit, Non Conformità / Improvement, ecc.) nel tool aziendale a supporto dello stesso
- Eseguire audit interni e supportare la preparazione, il coordinamento e il follow-up degli audit di certificazione esterni
- Predisporre report periodici e contribuire alle attività di riesame della direzione, monitorando le performance del sistema
- Supportare le attività di formazione e sensibilizzazione del personale sui requisiti e sulle procedure del Sistema di Gestione Integrato.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pregressa esperienza nell'ambito di certificazioni di sistemi di qualità in aziende orientate ai servizi
- Conoscenza ambiente windows e pacchetto office
- Conoscenza dei principi base delle certificazioni aziendali
- Conoscenza della norma ISO 9001 in ottica di servizi
- Inglese livello B1
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza delle seguenti normative: ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 20000-1, ISO 13485, SA 8000, UNI PDR 125, ISO 14001, ISO 37001.
