About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review of release documentation for upcoming ORBIS releases
- Validation of new functionalities and bug fixes in ORBIS based on the documentation
- Preparation of the update guide and accompanying documentation for updating ORBIS
- Cross-departmental collaboration with Development, Support and Service
- Coordination with customers regarding delivered documentation (if required)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Vocational training or degree in a medical field or in IT, with strong interest in the other field
- Ideally, several years of experience with ORBIS
- Experience in patient administration and billing, alternatively experience in the operating room (OR) area or intensive care
- Confident command of German, spoken and written, with a strong focus on accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Knowledge of HTML is an advantage
- Quick comprehension, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and meticulously
- Results-oriented work style and reliability with deadlines
- High resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Good written and spoken English skills
