About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Central clinical point of contact for clinical processes across the entire patient and user journey
Understand and explain end-to-end processes, including upstream and downstream workflows
Present the standard in a customer-appropriate and consistent manner
Act as an intermediary between clinical process requirements and application specialists
Document and communicate process decisions, deviations, risks, and the functional project status
Enable clinical stakeholders to make informed process decisions
Ensure acceptance and sustainable embedding of the defined processes into everyday clinical practice

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in clinical practice or in process-oriented consulting for healthcare organizations
Solid clinical education (degree or specialist training in healthcare)
Ideally supplemented by qualifications in business administration, process management, or project management
Strong process and analytical skills with the ability to perform structured end-to-end analyses
Experience in functional design, process specification, and SOP creation
Knowledge of change and transformation methodologies in the clinical environment
Consultative personality with empathy and a consistent results orientation
Analytical thinking and persuasive interprofessional communication skills
Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 60%
