About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, manage and develop teams (recruitment, skills development, performance management, HR follow-up)
Oversee delivery of DPI (electronic patient record) projects (quality, on-time delivery, cost control, client satisfaction)
Manage the financial performance of your area (P&L, forecasting, productivity, growth of services revenue)
Drive continuous improvement, harmonization of practices and operational excellence
Promote innovation in delivery methods and support the transformation of services
Contribute to growth strategy and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain a presence on the ground through regular travel to our various sites across France

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree or equivalent (engineering school or equivalent)
Proven experience managing services operations or deploying software solutions in the healthcare sector
Strong experience leading teams and managing complex projects in demanding environments
Solid experience in financial management (P&L, profitability, forecasting, operational performance)
Strategic vision, unifying leadership and strong customer service orientation
Professional level English
Knowledge of interoperability standards (HL7, HPRIM), clinical workflows and health data issues
Familiarity with a DPI or ERP solution (ideally Orbis, DxCare or equivalent)
