About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently implement the ORBIS Medication product, including electronic curve guidance, at our customers
- Implement medication-related IT solutions through installation, configuration, commissioning and handover to the customer
- Lead kick-off meetings, chair working groups, analyze internal processes and adapt the IT system to the clinic’s workflows
- Prepare and follow up project-specific meetings, trainings and customer workshops
- Take responsibility for sub-project management
- Perform current-state analyses and develop target-state concepts
- Create conceptual documentation
- Collaborate with project management, support and product development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science or Medical Informatics, alternatively completed IT-technical vocational training and/or pharmaceutical-technical, medical or nursing qualification
- Preferably professional experience in one of the following areas: ward communication, operating room (OR), anesthesia, intensive care, nursing workstation, inpatient and/or outpatient patient administration — however, entry-level candidates, recent graduates and Healthcare IT consultants are also welcome
- Good knowledge of hospital medication processes (ordering/prescribing, administration, validation, and, if applicable, insight into pharmacy workflows)
- Ideally experience in project management
- High willingness to travel (up to 80% across the DACH region — Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Affinity for working with state-of-the-art IT and organizational tools
- Open, confident manner with customers and excellent presentation skills
- Languages: fluent in German and English
