About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Internal knowledge transfer for new products and features of our order-entry and results reporting platform ix.serv / ix.connect
Planning and delivering internal training for colleagues in Service and Support
Creating internal functional and configuration documentation
Supporting pilot projects
Assisting product managers in designing new products and features, with a particular focus on serviceability
Supporting product managers in the acceptance testing and rollout of new products and features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Vocational training or degree and experience in Healthcare IT or the laboratory sector
Strong knowledge of workflows and processes used by submitters/ordering parties
Good knowledge of order entry systems, especially ix.serv / ix.connect, is an advantage
Experience planning and delivering training
Strong service and customer orientation and a high level of quality awareness
Confident demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues
Enjoy working in a team
Good German language skills and strong communication abilities
