About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review of the release documentation for upcoming ORBIS releases
Validation of new functionalities and bug fixes in ORBIS based on the documentation
Creation of the update guide and accompanying documentation for ORBIS updates
Cross-departmental collaboration with development, support, and service teams
Coordination with customers regarding delivered documentation (if required)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Vocational training or degree in the medical or IT field and strong interest in the other field
Ideally several years of experience with ORBIS
Experience in patient administration and billing, or alternatively in the OR (operating room) area or intensive care
Strong command of German, both written and spoken, with a focus on accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Extensive knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Knowledge of HTML is an advantage
Quick comprehension, analytical skills, and ability to work independently and carefully
Results-oriented work style and punctuality
High resilience under pressure
Good command of English, both written and spoken
