Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic and hands-on technical leadership across AI product portfolio
Oversee a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers
Define and champion best practices, standards, and guidelines for AI software development
Contribute to AI partner vetting and technical due diligence for third-party AI platforms
Ensure technical consistency across AI initiatives by collaborating with the Integrated Solutions Team
Stay at the forefront of AI research developments
Communicate technical progress, risks, and strategy to key stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
Proven experience leading an AI technical team in a product-focused environment
Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and modern AI development practices
Hands-on experience with AI-driven development workflows, including LLM-assisted development
Strong proficiency with the modern ML stack (e.g. Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
Demonstrated ability to define and enforce AI governance practices
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification
