About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Internal knowledge transfer regarding new products and features of our laboratory software Opus::L
Planning and conducting internal training sessions for colleagues in Service and Support
Creating internal functional and configuration documentation
Supporting the execution of pilot projects
Assisting product managers in designing new products and features, with a particular focus on serviceability
Supporting product managers in the validation and acceptance of new products and features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training (MTA, MTLA) or a degree in healthcare
At least 3 years of professional experience in a laboratory environment
Strong knowledge of workflows and processes in clinical laboratories
Good knowledge of laboratory information systems, ideally Opus::L
Experience planning and delivering training
Strong service and customer orientation, with a high level of quality awareness
Confident demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues
Enjoys working as part of a team
Good German language skills and strong communication skills
