About the role

  • Independently implement ORBIS MedCo products (RICO for DRG and PEPP, MedCo Dashboards, etc.)
  • Implement MedCo IT solutions through installation, configuration, commissioning, and handover to the customer
  • Lead kick-off meetings, chair working groups, and analyze internal processes
  • Prepare and follow up project-specific meetings, training sessions, and customer workshops
  • Take on partial project leadership responsibilities
  • Conduct as‑is analyses and design target concepts
  • Create conceptual documentation
  • Collaborate with project management, support, and product management
  • Support the expansion and maintenance of the RICO ruleset (tool-supported)

Requirements

  • Medical or nursing qualification OR a related qualification
  • Additional qualification in medical controlling and at least 3 years of practical experience in operational and strategic medical controlling
  • Consulting experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of ORBIS KIS (desirable)
  • Solid knowledge of the German coding guidelines for ICD‑10 and OPS, billing rules, and the DRG and/or PEPP systems
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and customers
  • Team-oriented, self-directed, and flexible working style
  • Willingness to travel up to approx. 60% within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
