About the role
- Orchestrate responses to tenders (RFPs)
- Participate in identifying and mobilizing internal experts
- Lead the bid response team and coordinate subject-matter experts
- Manage priorities for pre-sales proposals
- Organize internal and external communications
- Ensure a smooth handover to project teams
- Help identify decision-makers and prescribers/influencers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (Bac+3/5 or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare software project management
- Strong knowledge of health information systems and ERPs for healthcare organizations
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Ability to adapt, understand client needs and resolve problems
- Strong writing and organizational skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team
- Good knowledge of the Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique)
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Experience with an ERP solution is a plus
