About the role

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative software solutions for the healthcare sector
  • Lead a team of Technical SMEs, providing strategic and technical leadership and hands-on development solutions for reporting and data migration
  • Oversee integration and DevOps practices across the broader program
  • Develop and execute scalable reporting solutions while ensuring compliance with data governance requirements and security standards
  • Be responsible for end-to-end data migration from legacy systems to modern platforms
  • Act as technical liaison with customer technical stakeholders for build, delivery and release matters
  • Work with the Project Manager and Delivery Manager to align the technical plan with the overall program schedule

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or at least 10 years’ experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, reporting or data migration projects
  • Proven experience as Technical Lead, Technical Delivery Manager or similar role in complex enterprise or healthcare programs
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent leadership skills, problem-solving, communication and written/verbal communication skills, particularly communicating complex technical information to non-technical audiences
