About the role

  • Lead and manage complex Healthcare IT implementation projects and programs across all phases of delivery
  • Conduct Implementation Planning Studies (IPS) with customers to define detailed scope, delivery approach and implementation strategy
  • Establish and manage the end-to-end delivery plan
  • Own overall project financial performance
  • Manage project scope, risks, issues and change control
  • Facilitate structured workshops and decision forums across clinical, operational and technical stakeholders
  • Ensure robust program governance and reporting
  • Coordinate integration activities, data migration strategies and deployment readiness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years project or program delivery experience
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale enterprise software implementations
  • Experience leading complex healthcare IT or digital transformation programs
  • Strong experience working with clinical and operational healthcare stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams
  • Experience managing large program schedules, dependencies and governance structures
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous delivery environments
  • PRINCE2, PMBOK, MSP or equivalent project management certification (desirable)
  • Advanced experience using delivery and planning tools such as MS Project, Excel, Jira, Confluence or similar (desirable)
