About the role

  • Lead the Product Management team for ORBIS Medication, fostering collaboration and customer-focused decision-making
  • Set and communicate the vision, mission, roadmap, and strategy for the value stream in alignment with business goals
  • Assess and prioritize customer needs based on business priorities, project demands, and technical dependencies
  • Analyze market needs and regulatory requirements across different regions to ensure the product roadmap reflects real customer and market value
  • Work closely with R&D leadership and UX to align strategy and concepts, development plans, and delivery
  • Engage cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Service, Support, Country Product Management, and other Product Management teams
  • Define and track key product and team metrics together with R&D to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering, or an equivalent program — or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4–5 years of experience in the healthcare software industry in Product Management or R&D
  • Strong market knowledge of the hospital healthcare sector, particularly in the DACH, UK, FR, and ANZ markets
  • Deep expertise in clinical medication workflows and in digital systems that support these processes
  • Experience with ORBIS is an advantage
  • Ability to balance conflicting inputs and unite teams around the best possible solution
  • Solid business acumen in the healthcare domain
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English — written, verbal, and in presentations; French is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with modern office software (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • JIRA knowledge is a plus
