About the role

  • Independently implement ORBIS MedCo products (RICO DRG and PEPP, MedCo dashboards, etc.)
  • Implement MedCo IT solutions through installation, configuration, commissioning and handover to the customer
  • Lead kick-off meetings, chair working groups and analyze internal processes
  • Prepare and follow up project-specific meetings, trainings and customer workshops
  • Take on subproject management responsibilities
  • Conduct as-is analyses and develop target concepts
  • Create conceptual documentation
  • Collaborate with project management, support and product management
  • Support the expansion and maintenance of the RICO rule set (tool-supported)

Requirements

  • A medical or nursing qualification OR a related professional qualification
  • Additional qualification in medical controlling and at least 3 years of practical experience in operational and strategic medical controlling
  • Solid knowledge of the German coding guidelines for ICD-10 and OPS, billing rules and the DRG and/or PEPP systems
  • Consulting experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of ORBIS KIS (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with colleagues and customers
  • Team-oriented, self-reliant and flexible working style
  • Willingness to travel up to approx. 60% across the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
