About the role
- Responsible for the launch and execution of multiple related projects in the region UKI
- Align program goals with business strategies and ensure measurable outcomes
- Manage cross-project interdependencies, resources, and schedules
- Collaborate closely with project managers / release manager to ensure consistency and alignment
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues on a program level
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Drive program governance and decision-making processes
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams, business units, and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program or large-scale project management in the IT domain
- Strong and tested project management skills including risk management
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
- Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks across multiple projects
- Good English knowledge (C1 Nivea)
- Experience with Agile and/or hybrid project environments
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very strong communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders
