About the role
- Responsible for deploying our solutions at client sites
- Analyze the client's needs and practices, and configure software modules
- Train users and their designated super-users, adapting training materials as needed
- Supervise execution of full-scale acceptance tests (Tests Grandeur Nature) and report any malfunctions
Requirements
- Background in healthcare: Registered Nurse (RN), pharmacist, or physician
- Knowledge of healthcare professions and the operation of care facilities
- Strong interest in IT and software configuration
- Several years of proven experience as a trainer or functional/clinical consultant
- Proficiency with ORBIS, DxCare or another EHR/DPI system
- Skills in SQL querying and programming in Java/JavaScript
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Driving licence (category B) required
