Procurement

• Independently lead a procurement team
• Provide commercial project support from order intake through to invoicing
• Take full responsibility for all procurement processes, i.e., obtaining quotes, comparing offers and subsequently procuring hardware, software, as well as services and support
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support project cost calculations and tender processes (RFPs)
• Prepare analyses/reports and derive action measures
• Analyze procurement markets and contribute to projects
• Analyze internal processes and define and implement improvement measures
• Plan deliveries and orders in coordination with project managers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of supplier management
• Lead negotiations on project pricing with suppliers and prepare resulting reports
