About the role
- As a Customer Success Manager, you will join our Customer Success Team to build long-term, trust-based relationships with our clients.
- As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will implement actions and initiatives designed to create value and improve customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen customer satisfaction: develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensure contract execution, and support clients in optimizing their use of our solutions.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to incorporate customer feedback.
- Develop a strategy with the GAM to secure and maximize revenue.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) in Business, Management, Business Administration, or Health IT
- Proven first experience in a similar role, ideally within the health IT sector
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Interest in project management and cross-functional coordination (support, technical, commercial)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong preference for collaborative, cross-functional work
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust-based relationships
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Knowledge of or experience with one of our solutions (Orbis, DxCare, etc.) is a plus
