About the role
- Lead end-to-end UX design for new features and enhancements, from discovery to delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and domain experts to understand complex business and technical requirements.
- Establish and maintain design standards and best practices for consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Map and simplify multi-step, multi-role workflows into clear, usable interactions.
- Ensure all components adhere to WCAG accessibility standards, including keyboard navigation and appropriate touch target sizing.
- Use data and qualitative insights to iterate on designs and measure success.
- Create developer-friendly documentation using tools such as Figma, Storybook, and ZeroHeight.
- Provide training and guidance to designers and developers to promote consistent adoption of the design system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UX, Visual Design, HCI, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in UX/Visual Design, preferably in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with complex systems, technical products, or multi-role workflows.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; strong portfolio of data-dense applications.
- Skilled in User Research, Usability Testing, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture.
- Focus on usability, accessibility, scalability, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills; working proficiency in English.
