About the role
- Independent billing of in-house and third-party software maintenance for our products Opus::L and ix.serv/ix.connect
- Liaising independently with clients and business partners
- Preparation and compilation of reports and decision papers
- Support in preparing monthly and annual financial statements and processing orders in the system
- Assistance with the administration and organization of office procedures and tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training (e.g., business administration) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in administrative roles or a similar position is a plus
- Experience in an IT environment, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Structured, meticulous, and self-reliant working style
- Enjoys analytical tasks and organizational work
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
