About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Cold call and directly approach senior executives to introduce Dedale
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives and top-tier advisors
  • Identify and source industry experts through various channels
  • Qualify expert profiles through phone screening
  • Build sector fluency across B2B technology and software verticals
  • Coordinate closely with research analysts to translate mandate requirements
  • Build and maintain long-term pipelines of vetted experts
  • Conduct outreach across multiple time zones
  • Track and improve sourcing funnel performance
  • Maintain accurate expert records in our database
  • Identify and pilot new sourcing channels
  • Support ad hoc sourcing and business development tasks as needed
  • Grow into building and leading the team as the role and the office mature

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, business development, recruitment, or a similarly relationship-driven, target-oriented role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong drive to succeed in a target-oriented, high-volume outreach environment
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with structured database/CRM
  • Prior experience in executive search, headhunting, sales development (BDR/SDR), or recruitment agency environments is a strong advantage
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian as a plus
