About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement the Internal Communication Plan.
Execute communication and mobilization activities in coordination with the Implementation team.
Assist in organizing editorial calendars, manage timelines, and contribute to editorial consistency across all materials.
Support content production for different channels, adapting format and tone according to each platform.
Conduct interviews, research, and gather information for institutional content and case studies.
Organize and maintain technical documentation (spreadsheets, minutes, reports, terms of reference, among others).
Prepare budgets and monitor deliverables.
Contribute to various stages of producing in-person and virtual events.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Social Communication (Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields).
Organized, responsible with deadlines, and possessing critical thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong command of Portuguese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to build relationships and negotiate with different teams/areas.
Creativity and curiosity to seek references and trends.
Experience managing content and content schedules/timelines.
Knowledge of social media management tools.
Proficient in digital tools for remote work (e.g., Monday, Slack).
