About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the top of the sales funnel, end to end.
- Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social channels.
- Identify and target high-value clinics (med spas, aesthetics, wellness, weight loss).
- Craft compelling messaging that elicits responses.
- Qualify leads based on meaningful revenue challenges.
- Book discovery meetings and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain a clean, accurate CRM.
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Sales.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2+ years’ experience in SDR/BDR or similar sales roles.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding meeting targets.
- Strong outbound capability across multiple channels.
- Clear, direct communicator.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup.
- Bonus: Experience selling into healthcare or medspa environments.
